K9 ProSearch
The drug search teams have been trained to the highest standards by the Police. They are ACPO Accredited, and Home Office licensed. They undergo rigorous continuation training only on live drugs to enable them to maintain their high level of success rate.
Passive Scanning:
The role of a passive search dog is to scan people for the presence of drugs without bodily contact. With the dog on a harness and lead, the handler can walk through groups of people. These can be static groups either sitting or standing or moving lines of people.
Typical locations for this type of work are pubs, nightclubs, airports, schools or music events. The dog will indicate the presence of any illegal substances on an individual by sitting in front of them.
Pro-Active Searching:
This is where dogs are used to search an area. There is no restriction on size it could be a vehicle, room, house, factory, outbuildings, parks etc. The dogs can be worked on or off lead by the handler. The dog will give a passive indication at the location of the drugs.
We are able to provide searches for the following;
•Pubs, clubs and events
•Work places such as factories, offices, construction sites.
•Schools, colleges and universities
•Hospital grounds & room searches
Using the dogs on your premises has a significant effect by sending out a clear message to employees and customers that you operate a strict anti-drugs policy.
Random unannounced visits are a strong deterrent against anyone using or selling illegal substances at your venue or work place.
The service is provided throughout the UK
A confidential and where relevant discrete service is always provided.
All of our dogs are in active work and a lot of time is put into continuation training to ensure they are at the top of their game.
Dogs are available for drugs, explosives, pyrotechnics, cash, firearms & we are also certified in bedbugs.
If you are considering the possibility of using dogs please contact us for more information.
UPDATE FOR 2019
Due to our experience and quality of working dogs we were approached by police and civilian organisatons for the training and supply of search dogs. The success in this venture has led us to relocate into a new training venue. Hopefully everything will be completed by early Spring which will enable us to meet increasing demand but still keep the quality to an exceptional standard.
